This workshop is designed for harmonious restoration that will help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. Ruth will gently guide you through supported poses and breathwork so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath with Lori. Connect to a renewed sense of purpose as you are guided to reflect on where you have been and determine where you are going, feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.. 

In collaboration with the Elkhorn Recreation Department and the Elkhorn Bandshell, Lori, owner and sound healing therapy practitioner  at Essence Sound Healing, will be providing a free sound bath immersion experience.  All are welcome at no cost on the lawn, however; if you would like to upgrade and join Lori on the stage for an even more powerfully resonant vibrational sound experience, please click the link to be directed to the Elkhorn Recreation Department.  The upgraded experience is $15 for residents of Elkhorn and $20 for non-residents.  The acoustics at the bandshell are amazing!  You won't be disappointed! *On the rec dept webpage, choose Bandshell as the location filter*
