Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you will also choose me to either introduce you to, or help you continue on, your journey of sound healing. Having spent 20+ years in leadership roles within social services, including social work, psychology, and counseling, I came into sound healing therapy in particular, following the passing of my dad in 2020. When I shared sound healing with my mom following his death, she expressed how much comfort and peace it gave her. In September 2022, my mom was reunited with my dad in spirit. Knowing how much she loved it gives me even greater joy in sharing it with you!
Sound, frequency, and vibration have a measurable effect on the nervous system and state of mind. I take great pride in developing sound bath sessions that target your physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual needs as I understand the relationships between musical intervals, coherence of harmonics, and the importance of intention and gentle flow.
I received my certification from the Sound Healing Academy, which operates worldwide. While I believe there is a place for all healing modalities, I have personally achieved a greater sense of balance, peace and contentment within my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self, through the powerful and ethereal healing vibrational sounds that only sound healing therapy can provide. My hope is to provide you with the same.
